Partridgeberry-ginger biscuit: partridgeberry ganache, crunchy ginger biscuit layer, 64% dark chocolate shell
Ingredients: partridgeberries, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa fat, dry whole milk,  soy lecithin added as emulsifier, natural vanilla flavour, milk), cream, glucose, invert sugar, vanilla. Shell: dark 64% (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin added as emulsifier: natural vanilla flavour)

Maple-cashew: creamy maple layer + cashew crunchy layer
Ingredients: maple syrup, sugar, glucose, butter, sea salt, vanilla; cashews, Callebaut Gold chocolate (cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, milk sugar, whey powder (milk), skimmed powder, caramelized sugar, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, salt, and milk), sea salt. Shell: milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, unsweetened chocolate, non-GMO soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract)

Blueberry vanilla bean: blueberry pate de fruit + vanilla bean ganache
Ingredients: blueberries, sugar, glucose, pectin, citric acid; 
white chocolate (sugar, cocoa fat, dry whole milk, soya lecithin added as emulsifier, natural vanilla flavour, and milk), cream, glucose, honey, vanilla. Shell: white chocolate.

Salted pistachio praliné: roasted pistachio praliné with sea salt and milk chocolate
Ingredients: pistachios, sugar, sea salt, milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, unsweetened chocolate, non-GMO soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract)

 

Mint meltaway: milk chocolate, coconut oil, peppermint oil

70% dark + wild mushroom
Ingredients: 70% Fleur de Cao chocolate (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin added as emulsifier: natural vanilla flavour, and milk)' cream, ground wild mushroom mix, sugar, cream, glucose, sea salt. 

Strawberry + river mint
Ingredients: strawberry pate de fruit (strawberries, sugar, glucose, pectin, citric acid); white chocolate, cream, dried river mint, glucose, invert sugar, vanilla.

 

Rosemary + spruce tip caramel
Ingredients: sugar, butter, cream, rosemary, spruce tips, vanilla, salt, dark chocolate

Coffee: layers of coffee caramel and espresso ganashe

Molasses pecan: salted molasses caramel +roasted pecan layer

Popping hazelnut
